Biohacking Burnout

After having a personal brush with burnout at the outset of my second year of residency, I relied on the principles of biohacking to help increase my resiliency and reconnect with my passion in medicine. I have put together a 90 minute presentation which goes in depth through the primary literature supporting Biohacks in the 5 fields of Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, Exercise, and Supplementation, with the end goal of making you a more efficient, effective, resilient, and mentally capable physician.
